Rob Stephenson maintains a Master of Arts (MA) from Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) and has played an integral role in the launch of Grey Box Art Gallery.
Rob Stephenson is a Fine Art Photographer. With his camera as his primary creative tool of choice, Stephenson seeks to tell a story by focusing on unique details of his life. The Artist’s portfolio is diverse, both in attitude and focus. The Photographer captures snapshots during his travels around the world just as much as he collects photographs of what he encounters. Focusing in on the vibrance of life is something that stands out in Stephenon’s portrayal of his own artistic expression as a Fine Art Photographer. There are so many gorgeous colors in our lives, the artist explains. Through his photos and art exhibitions, Stephenson shines the spotlight on the idea that there is an adventure at every corner: you just have to know how to look at the picture!
Rob Stephenson is a Co-Founder of Grey Box Art Gallery. The backyard garage art gallery is open to the public of Ann Arbor as an art studio, creative workspace, music venue and events space for art exhibitions. Grey Box Art Gallery is open to all, which is a central idea behind Rob Stephenson and Charles Hooper’s motivation for creating the space. Regularly, concerts and exhibitions are hosted by local independent artists, musicians and photographers at Grey Box.
Outside of his creative and professional passions, Rob Stephenson is an avid marathon runner. He keeps active by training all year long for marathon running competitions in the United States and New Zealand. Even when he doesn’t have a particular race marked on his calendar, Stephenson trains with the determination of someone who has a race planned for next week! This sense of commitment to his training has helped Stephenson embrace fitness with intention. In addition to his running and exercise activities, the Marathon Runner embraces a nutritionally balanced diet.
